Can gut issues cause fatigue?
Irritable bowel syndrome, or IBS, is commonly known as a GI or gut issue. But it’s also an incredible drain on energy, leading to high levels of fatigue, brain fog, and even depression or anxiety.
To successfully treat fatigue caused by irritable bowel syndrome or any other gut condition, the root cause needs to be identified and treated. Medication that only treats the symptoms is not going to cut it.
You need to find out what’s causing your gut issues before you can stop being tired all the time.
