Learn why you have illness and the steps required to ensure it does not come back.
Complex health issues are broken down into a language that is easy to understand. We apply a functional medicine perspective alongside natural health remedies like acupuncture, massage, osteopathy, and laser therapy in our Cochrane Clinic to create a treatment that combines the best of both alternative and western medicine.
Patients who do best under our care:
- Don’t want to rely on prescription medications or surgical procedures to remedy their condition(s)
- Will work towards uncovering the root cause of their problem(s), rather than suppressing the symptoms
- Are willing to be an active participant in their healing progress
- Are in a position to make the necessary dietary and lifestyle changes to support their health.

How do we work with patients?
When treating our patients we follow one of two pathways:
- Acute Care or Bloom;
- Chronic Care or Root.
This pathway is designed for injuries, sports performance and acute care management. We use acupuncture, massage, osteopathy, cupping and laser therapy to facilitate a recovery that gets you back to doing what you love, quickly.
More information on our Bloom pathway.
When the Root cause of illness is addressed, the body is able to return to normal without continual medical intervention.
